Information you choose to provide
You can browse the published property information without creating an account. Contact and feedback links open your own email application. The website does not send that email automatically. If you choose to send it, the receiving team receives your email address and the name, contact details and message you include, to answer your enquiry and manage the conversation.
Property enquiries link to a development’s existing website. Information is submitted there only when you complete its form. Review the privacy information on that destination before submitting. This notice does not replace notices for those forms or existing private business systems.
Google and staging account access Google sign-in is available only where the designated protected staging identity page explicitly offers it. It is not access to the CRM. Continuing with Google can create a Firebase Authentication account in the Property Hub project.
Google and Firebase Authentication process your Google account identifier and basic profile information, including your email address, verification status and, if supplied, your name and profile image, to authenticate you. The staging page displays your Firebase UID, email address, verification status and whether the account is new or existing. The page does not request access to Gmail, Drive, calendars or contacts and does not add Google API scopes for those services.
The identity page holds its browser sign-in state in memory. Signing out or leaving the identity page does not delete the Firebase Authentication account or sign you out of Google elsewhere. The account record remains in the Firebase project unless it is separately deleted. Contact [email protected] about account access, correction or deletion; identity verification and any applicable recordkeeping requirements may apply.
Google/Firebase process authentication data under their service terms and privacy information. Identity data is used for sign-in and controlled account mapping, not to sell Google user data, create advertisements from it or provide access to customer databases. A successful Google sign-in does not grant a CRM role: any data access needs separate verified identity mapping and approval. The public website and CRM data service remain separate from this identity-only step.

Technical information and browser storage
The site uses Vercel hosting and Cloudflare delivery. Requests to those services can include technical information such as an IP address, browser details, requested URL and time. The current pages include a Cloudflare Insights script. Images and video may load from external media hosts, including Base44-hosted media, Supabase and Vimeo; those providers receive the connection information needed to serve their content. Current-tab session storage remembers the preview acknowledgement and whether a spotlight has been dismissed. Saved-property selections are held for the current page visit and clear when the page reloads. These features do not create a customer account.
Use, disclosure and choices
Provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or private customer lists. Sending contact details is voluntary, but without a reply address or enough context the team may be unable to respond. An enquiry does not by itself give permission to share your contact list, access a database or add you to a marketing programme.
Email and hosting providers process information to deliver their respective services and may operate outside New Zealand. Any introduction to another business or sharing beyond handling your request should be discussed with you first, unless disclosure is required or permitted by law. Google account information from the separate identity-only staging flow is used as described above; it does not grant access to customer records.
Retention, access and correction
Emails you send remain in the recipient’s email system for handling the enquiry and any necessary follow-up or business recordkeeping. You can ask what information is held about you, request access or correction, or ask about deletion and retention by emailing [email protected]. The team may need to verify your identity before responding. Legal recordkeeping requirements may affect what can be deleted.

Changes
This notice will be reviewed as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version; new account, form or data-sharing features must have appropriate information available before use.
